We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next kilogram.
When sending files to us for printing the below specifications are the best to use. If you are unsure on how to resize your files for the correct media and print size then send them at 100% and we will do the rest.
We automatically add gallery wraps to canvas prints so you don't need to worry about them.
8 Bit (not 16 Bit) RGB (not CMYK).
TIF (or JPG at maximum quality)
Flattened images (no layers).
Sized at the correct dimensions.
No additional channels. Embedded working colour space (e.g. Adobe RGB or sRGB).
Compress your files into a ZIP folder before sending
You can use thisLightroom Templateto export your images in the correct format. Just import it on the Export Dialog and you will be good to go.
Files can then be sent via WeTransfer or you can send us the link to a Dropbox, Google Drive or iCloud file.
You have the right to ask for a replacement or refund under Consumer Law for products and services bought on or after 1 January 2011.
You can ask us for a replacement or refund, but you are not always entitled to one. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
As our products are highly personalised and printed to order, we can only offer a replacement or store credit in the following circumstances:
Manufacturing defect - replacement
Item lost in transit - replacement
Shipping damage - replacement
sundaysunset.print internal IT system error - store credit
sundaysunset.print Customer Service or designer error - store credit
A replacement or store credit must be requested within 30 days after delivery and will be issued in accordance with the above rules.
Our prints very rarely suffer defects and are carefully packaged for shipping, however if yours does arrives a little worse for wear please email us a photo with a brief description of the issue and a replacement will be issued upon confirmation by our team.
Under Australian Law, sundaysunset.print only have to offer a monetary refund if you experience a major problem.
What is a major problem?
A product or good has a major problem when:
It has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it.
It is unsafe.
It is significantly different from the sample or description.
It doesn’t do what the business said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed.
Compensation for damages & loss
Under Australian Consumer Law, you may seek compensation for damages and losses you suffer due to a problem with a product if we could have reasonably foreseen the problem. This is in addition to your replacement or refund.
What is not covered?
sundaysunset.print do not have to pay for damages or losses that:
Are not caused by our conduct, or our products.
Relate to something independent of our business, after the goods leave our control.
We deliver Australia wide and internationally. Tracking details will be emailed to you when we book your delivery.
To avoid your artwork being incorrectly delivered all items require a signature on delivery. If you have a locked gate please consider a neighbour or relatives house, your work address or a drop-off point.
Once your order has been placed and approved, you can expect to receive your product in 10 to 14 business days for standard sizes and up to three weeks for custom sizes. As part of our commitment to providing the best delivery solution, different services can be selected at checkout when placing your order. Our express service means your product will be made within 7 business days and the delivery service time will be in addition to this. If you have a custom order or urgent request you can also contact us directly to discuss.
We can not guarantee that all our print sizes will be available to locations outside of our national regional network. You will be informed if there is an issue with your location. As per our terms and conditions, occasionally shipping delays occur due to reasons beyond our control. If shipping is delayed we will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives quickly, but we will not be liable for late arrivals.
You the customer accept that if you are working to any deadlines, sundaysunset.print are not liable for any missed deadlines or lost business because of shipping delays. If an order is lost or damaged in transit, we guarantee a replacement. Please note that we will require proof of damage for insurance purposes.
